But you shouldn't be cooking with it, ffs. Proper diet with saturated fats is the only way to a healthy lifestyle, cheap oil is not your friend when heated, Canola is cheap oil

Coincidence or sincronicity, a couple of days ago I bought canola oil to get rid of fat though I am having wonderful changes with coconut oil, at the same time I read how Mosanto has been giving us their poison in Brazil and India, etc, but though I was reading about seeds in general rule of thumb I didn't read anything about canola until now. For some reason I just drank 4 teaspoons and now thanks to you I'm gonna throw the godamn new bottle!

Wow, won't buy that again. We don't use alot of oil anyway but I use Olive oil and I've heard that Coconut oil is better to cook with, tho I've never cooked with it, I take it everyday.

LOL, I'm not racist, I just tell the truth...I have many friends in the medical field from dentists, nutritionists, cardiologists, gastroenterologist...and so on...I know what I'm talking about.

However, Canola oil is dangerous, was never fit for human consumption before they were genetically modified (similar to soy). The rape seed has to be heated to 300 degrees ferenheit to deodorize their very rancid natural odor. This heating process addes to their toxicity.
The rape seed is nothing more than a cash crop for Canada, and is being used in virtually processed food on your local store shelf along with soy (another cash crop).
The products are heavily marketed to the masses as a healthier option, and they are anything but...
Most people beleive what they are fed (under social enginnering), so it is hard to convince, the already deceived, masses they've been decieved.
No obnes reads or do their own research anymore, this why a collge education is a sham. Most of the college grads I know, eat Mickey D's, and are overweight.

Rape seed is not a food plant like cotton seed both are toxic. This is why it was GMO to remove the toxins.

Avoid CANOLA OIL (it is actually rapeseed oil) as much as possible because it is a Monsanto product and it is now apparent to most of the world that Monsanto is anti-human, anti-nature, and part of the evil B.E.A.S.T. system (= New World Order) trying to take over full control of our food & seeds … what God gave us, humanity , as His divine gift in mother nature.

C A N O L A is actually an acronym used as a marketing ploy and stands for “Canadian oil, low acid” — meaning this particular strain of rapeseed being cultivated produces lower levels of erucic acid. Per Wiki, erucic acid is used in transmission fluid & paints, etc (see Note* below). Supposedly the low erucic acid levels in crops nowadays are not harmful for humans but I do NOT trust anything that we are constantly urged to incorporate into our diet, especially something that comes from Monsanto + being pushed as “healthy” for us (like vaccines) by the evil elite corporate system (NWO bunch) and their front medical groups like the Heart Association, etc and AMA, etc…

In fact, I’ve been studying some scientists and they don’t agree with the mainstream theories being pushed as fact about cholesterol, fats in foodds, etc as being the main cause for heart & blood vessel disease but instead are researching what they think is the true (and covered-up) cause = Air Pollution … smog, soot & fine particles that are being generated by car exhaust, petrochemical industry, dirty factories, coal-powered power plants, etc – etc. All things that the “elite” controllers want to play down bigtime as that threatens their $$$ MIP (money-in-pocket).

Why, your body requires saturated fat to be able to process all the other foods you eat, if you only cook using 'proper' fats with a balanced diet you dont have to worry about low sat fat.

I still use real butter as a spread and for cooking, i've not put on weight, as i eat healthy, next to no process food and exercise regularly
