Speaking of Peanut oil, i can no longer find the good oil anywhere. Oh sure, they still have the big bottles of cheap peanut oil, but the ones from Asia, the good ones, no longer are exported to this country i guess. I've searched from Massachusetts to Florida and Arizona, and its nowhere to be found anymore.
I've been cooking with Canola oil for years, and if anything i've lost weight and have had no problem with it.
My other alternative is Corn oil.
I dont like vegetable oil because its rancid and disgusting tasting and its an insult to my taste buds.
