I have seen several of these around here and the most unusual thing about them is that they don't have 'exempt' or US government plates, just ordinary registrations. The other thing about them that I find unusual is the extremely dark window tinting, which is illegal in this state.The battering rams on the front are a clue they are some sort of covert law enforcement, but not local undercover LEO because they never have battering rams. What you really have to watch out for is these white vans with the back completely partitioned off from the front that are completely unmarked and seem to be base models with no fancy trim. That's when you know the feds are around.
