Has anyone else been seeing these in your neighborhood? They don't have any identifying marks but they are equipped with battering rams on the front, dual antennas, and the thing that strikes me as ominous is the window tinting that is pure black. I haven't seen anyone pulled over by them though. So I don't think they are undercover cops, but they have been creeping around.
