One thing that I laughed about when Ron said we have no choice but to use the Fed's printed money and Krugman says that not true there are other ways to pay like bartering, etc. That is FALSE...and why Ron laughed at him. It is actually illegal to pay someone w/bartering because they cannot find a way to TAX you based on a bartering system! Krugman doesn't know his shit...even I can see that as I know that bartering is illegal and on the books! Ron uses FACTS as opposed to Krugmans' textbook theories.

It's really about how to allow the economy to find a balance without crashing to the ground because a threshold was crossed when the value of the dollar falls uncontrollably because the rest of the world says we are not going to take it anymore.

Krugman states that he loved his parents economy, but that was based on ever increasing debt which eventually comes crashing down. Now if you don't mind the crashes where people lose everthing then you'll be very happy. However if you want to stop this behaviour where a stable arrangement can be achieved that will have the opportunity to last......

Well it's clear things must be done differently. You can say what you will, but fiscal responsibility and living at or below your means is the ONLY ideology that makes sense.

Ron Paul says what he believes from a historical and entirely responsible perspective.
