it's not genius level but it is like being a genius compared to the average 100 IQ person. Just consider that 36 points below average is considered retarded. So 36 points above average is a fair advantage.

You need to diversify the people you know man, One of the smartest men I ever met was black, he had an IQ around 200. Intelligence isn't restricted to one race but it does get affected by your environment. So if your biologically a genius but you are born in a white trash trailer park or a section 8 housing ghetto in the hood, then maybe your potential is limited. Genius thrives among intelligent discourse yet it withers among a pack of imbeciles. I found most of high school to be a hellish nightmare where I was routinely picked on by the dumb jocks for being an intelligent introvert. When I got to college it was a whole different story, I met all sorts of smart people and had a much better time. Dumb people are threatened by intelligence, and they lash out at people who they think are smarter than them. Sad but true.
