DoorBert (OP) User ID: 857877 United States 05/03/2012 08:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Jobless claims post biggest drop in a year New claims for unemployment benefits tumbled more than expected in the latest week, raising hopes that the job market remains on the mend. The Labor Department said Thursday that seasonally-adjusted claims fell 27,000 to 365,000 in the week ended April 28. It was the largest weekly drop in claims since May of 2011. Claims also were at their lowest since the March 31 week and were well below the 380,000 expected by economists. The four-week moving average gained 750 to 383,500. tbear4 User ID: 15462912 United States 05/03/2012 10:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i was blackmailed by my last work to not get unemployment. for me to get the money they owed me i had to give it up. they owed me 40,000 and i was only going to get 15,000 on unemployment. i had to do it. so i am not even on the #er's. i bet there are many others not counted out there. |
