Russia says it is prepared to use "destructive force pre-emptively"

Is anyone familiar with this man, Dumitru Duduman? He was a Romanian immigrant who was given a prophecy by God that stated that America would "burn". He gives specific details that say while the American government is distracted with a communist/socialist revolution or civil war (Occupy Wall Street?) that Russia will take advantage of that distraction and attack on American soil.

We have the NATO Summit this month where it is OBVIOUS they are anticipating serious protests (no doubt from faction of the NWO funded OWS movement) and that same week, the Russians (who are said to already be arriving for this exercise) will be holding military "exercises" at the Denver "Continuity of Government" location!

I just think we need to refresh our memories of this man's prophecy or become familiar with it if you are not already. Here it is...

It's not pre-emptive it's retaliatory. Attempting to neutralize Russias nuclear deterrent is an aggressive act.

See, this is how it works. If the u.s. wants to load a missle launcher at your face, if you have the temerity to protect your face you are the aggressor.

Same thing, if the u.s. invades your country pre-emptively rains down phos, uranium and everything else that's been termed illegal ordinance upon hapless civilians, you are an aggressor if you strike back with a slingshot.

People forget that "defensive" missile shields were defined long ago as increasing the chance of an offensive first strike (upsetting stability, ie. MAD, since nuke retaliation, ie deterence against a first strike, is perceived to be diminished). Russia is simply reminding us of these long standing principles which have, till now, averted nuclear war between the super powers...
