It's not pre-emptive it's retaliatory. Attempting to neutralize Russias nuclear deterrent is an aggressive act.

IT's not going to be on Russian soil...so your comment makes no sense really. Guess you don't remember the Cuban Missile Crisis at all? Cuba was alot closer to us! With missiles aim at us. I guess that was ok to you tho' right? Your must be a bit younger than me and don't give a shit about history at all? Lot's of stuff there if you only took the time to read than you would understand the difference and why this is very dangerous! I won't insult...I'd prefer to get you attentiona by inviting you to get informed of things to correct your errors in thinking. More people needed to wake-up. Happy reading friend! ;)
