You got that right. This is truly disturbing on many levels.

That's downright scary. I see the system and how it works from the juvenile detention breaking them in. They literally give the kids no counseling and support, turn them back out onto the streets on probation with rules that are a complete change from their behaviors before they got arrested. They often fail and end up in and out of juvie. But, they make juvie fun, get to go to school, hang out with other kids, movies on Saturday night, rec during the day outdoors. Jail is SO not like that, and they will get a rude awakening once they have them comfortable with the cycle of going in and out of juvie. When they turn 18, they will find the system much less kind, less forgiving, and less supportive than it already barely is. And, they do not give the families any information about what to do when your child is arrested, what will happen, how to find a lawyer, any of that. They will just tell them to be in court on this day and that and make all of the decisions. They will provide a public defender (my friend calls it the public pretender) who basically is there to speak on behalf of the prosecuting DA's office, they work for the DA. They are there to ensure that the DA gets their bite and their money's worth out of the situation, every time. Then they send the parents bills for all of it and it is just a business. If your child has any type of developmental or mental disabilities, they will treat them pretty much the same as anyone else, which can end up bad.

I write to prisoners as a ministry that God put on my heart. They tell me a lot, and I have also visited prisoners in the big prisons several times. It is not a place anyone ever wants to be. It is inhumane and does nothing to turn them into better people, but rather, they come out with a twisted sense of reality and very unable to deal with normal people or society. Prison life turns even the tiniest things into something huge for them, because they have so very little. Even the smallest slight can get you stabbed or badly beaten, and the racism is very much a necessity of survival. You don't even dare befriend someone of the opposite race or take their side in any way, or you are considered a traitor. If a big fight breaks out, and you choose not to fight with your "race" against the others, then you will pay for it later from your side, big time. If you have any good thing in you, you better hide it well or get rid of it in there, or you may not make it. Imagine coming out on the streets with that kind of animalistic programming. Not to mention the ones who get raped or pawned out for use by whomever. And it still amazes me how they can get their drugs, amazing, and phones, etc. There's always someone willing to earn that black market $ in there.

No shit, the Private Corrections Industry, colluding with all sorts of Political and Military(never mind tech) people and having heavy influences in state level governmental decisions is something that should frighten anyone who is not completely sleeping at the wheel.

Recent media events and staged outrages have me worried for all the innocent people that would be caught in the ensuing frenzy.

We have seen this already in PA with the one judge MARK A. CIAVARELLA and there are some other ones in NY as well.

I worked at a prison, and I don't know how they could get much worse. I felt like I was a convict, and I just worked there.

There was a story just out how the music industry was hi-jacked by rap music and the cabal promoters who performed the hi-jack schemed a little scheme, to keep prisons filled with gangsta rap zombies.

Than, in a gold thread, I posted they have a law where if you accumulate food, metals or anything, they can arrest you for hoarding. That post got deleted from the thread.

Yes, hoarding is part of the agenda to put people in prisons, along with other petty offenses.

Prison is all about the money and nothing about rehabilitation. They want repeat offenders to keep the scheme moving right along as they fill their pockets with cash on the barrel head.

Prison industries charge employing company 100 a day per convict pay convict 99 cents and profit. it only stops when owning a prison becomes shall we say uncomfortable for the top managemant including boards of directors.

Picture the daisy chain reach around action of civil serpents with their pensions heavily invested in private prison corps. They will get as many slaves as needed to fill a contract LOL.

Simple. The prisons charge the State more than it actually costs to house an inmate. Welcome to corporate Fascism.

What's even more hilarious is that the prisons turn around and use the profits to lobby the "lawmakers" to write more and more legislation, making more behavior "illegal", which insures that bodies fill the cages where the prison gain their profits.

It's a brilliant business model.

However, one would have to be a sick, evil, reprehensible individual to profit from the incarceration of human souls.

Actually this story has been posted quite a few times already in the past but of course not everyone sees everything that gets posted due to how quickly threads get buried, so it's important that information like this resurfaces in one way or another.

Very important for anyone who's not already aware or paying attention to recognize that our criminal justice system is set up to run like a profitable corporation. Is is NOT set up to enforce just laws and hand out just punishments. And more importantly, the criminal justice system is not designed to rehabilitate offenders. Keeping people locked up in jail is very profitable for some very powerful organizations.

If I were so inclined,...what would frighten me most about all of this, is that it is getting to the point that you will have to fight for your freedom,...or remain a wage indebted slave in a system rigged for you to FAIL if you get uppity with the insustrial/corporate/government complex in any way they deem unfit.

"They" get to decide what is unfit and shove it down your throat.

Sadly,...many people just love it all.
