Obama's new slogan: Forward... ... into the abyss

Now really, what have the USA come to? I have so fond memory of 80' America, at least from the Movies.. (as it was before my time)

the police academy series, or naked gun.

or take the canonball run

surely the world wasn't perfect then too, but at least it still contained the famous american way, of freedom and neverending possibilities.

And foremost tolerance and mutual respect.

I haven't had any doubts until lately, but now i'm worriyng about all the forces from all aspect of the society, justice and "religion" that is bend of pushing us into this abyss faster and faster...

So tell me how is live right now where you're living, please tell me that not all is lost.
