1) False flag - some country destroys the financial system (EMP or computer virus). Could include stock market crash
2) Americans money completely gone - drained out of accounts
3) americans freak out and declare war on patsy country from step 1
4) americans wreak havoc inside the usa - looting, civil war, etc
5) outside country/UN come to rescue inside the states - clamp down martial law. They are prepared with enough bullets and bullet-proof check points to "protect the people" from themselves.
6) TSA workers are the "middle ground" enforcement assisting the martial law agenda
