Mid priced food is the most unhealthy. | |

Although Nestle does make baby formula (i dunno either)... Grow as much produce as you can at home. Thats my suggestion. You aren't getting "food" at the grocery store. You're getting a chemically created edible "thing" that wont kill you right away and will keep you alive... It can't be classified as food because its harming you, not helping you. Most of the "food" should be labelled as "poison" because eventually you're going to get sick from it. Hence, why the older generation all have various cancers. They ate poison their whole lives. Sad shit. |

I cant grow everything, but I do cook out of scratch most of the time as opposed to eat out or just "fix" food. Emerald_Glow |

And the storebrand organics are cheaper and usually certified by at least one other entity beside the USDA (who i don't trust as far as i could throw em) |
