Yes, but it isn't about radiation. It is about the flooding. Japan is experiencing alarming flooding every year now. The governments of the world are all concerned. Our plan is to evacuate everyone up through Hokkaido and into a warmer Siberia. Perhaps the Russians will demand the Japanese become Russian citizens if such a grant is given.
