Only delegates who can be certified as delegates should be participating in voice counts. There are supposed to be around 1,100 delegates, yet there are over 1,700+ people in that room, so a voice count and "rising from your ass" count can not be considered legit since they can't discern the guests from the delegates. The guests should be in another room with a live feed. They can not be allowed to participate in the convention as they are not delegates. |
