I just thought I would share this.

A few minutes ago I was out on my deck watching the water when I saw these two huge birds a few houses down.

I thought they were bald eagles because of their size and eagles are prevalent on the Bay.

I watched them for a bit trying to figure out what they were, when one of them drifted toward me.

It came to a comeplete stop right above my head, showing me the full magesty of it's wings.

It hovered there for at least 20 or so seconds in pretty breezy conditions.

It was then I realized I was looking at a vulture.

At first I thought, uh oh...vulture, this can't be good..


But when I came back inside I decided to look up the totem animal significance of the 'vulture'.

This area use to be settled by Native Americans.

When i looked up the meaning I was pleasantly surprised.

I think some of you might be as well.

Wow I wonder if you live close to where I am, I am by the water and there are 3 vultures who fly together, I have been noticing them too. They circle right over my house alot.

I like your writing style its like riding on a roller coaster water bed , everything moves around you but you still laying comfortable listening ....

EARTH

Well I have to say I have been contemplating on all this.

As I have stated in the various threads on GLP and elsewhere I firmly believe that the body, mind, spirit, emotions is all connected and that to practice the principles of detoxification of all these bodies is beneficial to allow ones higher self energy body to occupy ones being.

When I had my awakening it wasn't only the no mind love being state that occurred but also physical changes and changes in instinct as well.

My physical breathing changed so that I was being breathed. My appetite was cut down significantly also to almost half of its former way and I didn't more than a normal american. Also I had been smoking a good pack and a half of cigarettes and chewing tobacco which miraculously the craving for disappeared (my appetite should have gone up!)

My dreams were pleasant when before they never were too.

My energy levels, posture, sleeping habits all changed. I felt physically sated and emotionally complete.

It was as if someone hit the cosmic reset button and said here is what you are supposed to be.

I have been led now I see after many years that practicing these aspects that had been originally changed in myself could all be beneficial in clearing/detoxifying the discordant energies of the body.

By clearing these energies out of ones being the higher self is allowed in at which point the no mind love being state can manifest in one.

Do all these principles need to be undertaken? No. Will they help? It definitely appears so. As they say practice makes perfect. No we will never be perfect but it is in action towards this ideal we can become a new person:

"A person that is a loving being. One that loves everything as it is and sees the perfection of God's creation and can see God working within the creation. One that is complete and desires only to help their fellow man to reach the heights of spirit that are available. The need for all things superficial fall away. The fear of not having or not having enough replaced with knowing abundance. The fear of one not being enough or what others think removed and replaced with assured confidence. One knows that God provides one with ALL that one needs. One just loves and loves to love and loves to love to love seemingly to infinity."

To reach this state of being I believe we must resolve our thinking and emotional being through and through by identifying and rectifying our fear and manifestations of fear (7 deadly sins, all "negative" character traits, motives, intentions) in all time lines (past(resentments), present, future (projections, intentions).)

Taking action on breathing, no mind thinking practices, diet (vegetarian predominantly or all raw), meditation, dream control, yogic exercise, service work (anonymously :)), environmental exercise (grounding - touching the ground, fresh air, sunlight (sungazing)), etc. while doing the written emotional and mental work are all highly beneficial and would appear to help to transition to this "new person."

Some may say it is resonance or vibration when it is all broken down to its minute detail which I imagine is possible. For the masses though persons I believe can see that it is the practical actions we undertake that make the difference whether we are in proper resonance with all that is. Clearing these energies out while aligning them with our environment and not adding them back in are the ideal. The goal is to provide our higher self an environment it can now operate in. This higher self brings with it the energies of the divine new person. These energies as described are highly transforming. You will never be the same and you will know heaven on earth!!!

Many have already postulated and shown what I am attempting to do here on my phone. I am not the only one to see how this all this relates I have to imagine. I hope I explained it well. Please excuse me if I didn't. If you have any questions or suggestions let me know. My goal is to show everyone what is possible, what it entails, and the benefits.

Yeah that vulture/buzzard is a tough avatar. Good luck with that one. Eagle or phoenix is so much more enticing! The only buzz I can think of is Buzz Lightyear.

To make the enlightenment awakening process easier my thought is while doing the inner work (written work dealing with fears and the manifestations of fear in all time lines) the practices of the end result of this awakening process can be highly beneficial.

To put simply practice what it is you will become. By focusing on no mind techniques, breathing, better diet, meditation, grounding exercises, yogic exercises for the chakras (the tibetans), dream work, etc. one can enhance the whole transformation so the higher self can come into ones being.

It is attacking the problem from various angles at once to purify, detoxify and align the bodies so one can be the "new man/woman." The higher angelic self where the christ/buddha consciousness is present can now come into ones being.

I want to put this put this out there so people understand this:

Once one does the inner work one of the manifestations of this new way of being is to not judge anything and accepting everything too as it is all the creation of God and God is in all of the creation. Usually people don't see this until they start passing over. The key is "to die" before your death bed so you can really experience life the way it is meant to be experienced (which is fear based/ ego thinking mind based.)

We should probably be more like our great ape cousins just hanging out "being" in communities like our ancestors of old. We are way out of our element and this effects us. The more separated we are and the more mental focused the worst it is it seems. If one looks at Japan and the U.S. one can see where this mentality leads to discontent. Take for instance the "slums" in India where there is a sense of community and there is happiness (suicide rate non-existent apparently and the people look happier.)

In the higher state of being one loves everything and accepts everything as it is. A sense of gratitude abounds. The practice of non-judgement, acceptance, and having gratitude are key elements of awakening and should be focused on as part of the "practicing awareness" principles or could be put in another category altogether as part of the various principles to higher consciousness.

These aspects are extremely important for growth. Not judging is difficult because in a way it is instinctual all the way to the point our other senses like intuition and telepathy and other pre-cog senses can even come into play. This is another reason why it is so important to "clear" everything out (rectification of fears) too so we can be coming from the "right" place in our initial judgements. We are going to determine (judge) situations to see if they are dangerous or not. The key is being able to not judge after the initial determining aspect.

Gratitude is huge (very important - necessary.) So much can come from this aspect that in many ways this is the mode of being we should strive for. Paying attention to what we have and being happy and satisfied with it are in a way the epitomy of being. It is beyond acceptance in regards to what makes up your life.

Practicing being "the right size" or humbling oneself is very important too. Its being the "nobody" in the context that we are not more special than other life forms particularly other humans. We need reverence for all life. We need to be the small child in the big world. We need to not think we really "know" anything. To give an example of this during the night of my awakening what I realized was that my best thinking got me to this point. Now for those that know me they would say a few adjectives. But despite this whar happened was I could think and come up with all I wanted to but it wasn't going to make one bit of difference. Why? Because we can't possibly fathom the divine. We are miniscule and what keeps us from this divine nature is our limited thinking. Only God can bless us with this divine gift. I had to surrender my thinking and my will and future intentions and motives all over to the divine. This is what allowed my awakening to happen. It wasn't because I knew all this stuff it was because I humbled my self to the point that I knew really nothing. My best thinking got me insane and surrendering it along with everything else allowed me to just be love. Humbling yourself to the point of non-existence - a nobody, a no one, a no STORY or (hisSTORY WIPED CLEAN) allowed the slate to be cleared enough for the NEW MAN to come in.

Any one can do this. It doesn't matter who or what you think you are. Its a changing of character to the point that the slate is wiped off the map. Then and only then, can the divine bring its loving energies into one. Its heaven on earth folks, heaven on earth. Ths key is to remain humble and grounded.

For myself I am dancing all around looking at all the angles to bring it all out from this side and that side.

I surrendered it to God. The whole works. The dark night of the soul, contact with higher self and the whole awakening described by many awakened persons was the result. This happened 15 years ago this summer. I have been sober longer. I am anonymously sharing the message brother.:) I came to the realization of the thinking mind being the issue and relinquished it like others have who have then awakened. I am sharing the experience to let others know what is possible for them. They do not have to be an addict to do these steps. Priests, ministers and others have adapted this for normals as well. Read some of the other posts in this thread and other nobody threads. I do this so others know what is possible and things they can do and why it works. I have contemplated, this asked others, and had psychics let it slip and tell me how I should do some of this for years now. I have not wanted to do this but I know I must try to share it an anonymous free manner in the same vein as the 12 step program. Other "normal" people need it too. I am not special. I just care enough to do it and when you have had that experience you care enough too because it is unconditional love for all. But first you have to know yourself and get rid of the fear based thinking. Steps 4 thru 7 in particular. Many other "awakening" paths describe the same things. Yes the promises come true. Many in AA have awakened over the years. This is all the same. Many religious paths attempt in one or another to do the same.
I maybe am stating turning the will over incorrectly that could be am issue like you said. One must be doing it to the highest source and not some false God. I experienced what others describe - unconditional love and the no mind higher love wisdom consciousness.

So here it is. Use what works for you or don't. I just have had it work in A HUGE LOVING WAY just like many have described. It works if you work it. As you may know.:)
