Nice except the skyrise apartments and the cooling, I like warmth and don't use air conditioning, only some fans a bit.

And also I'm going for the eco farms I like rural, country girl at heart.

However don't like second floors on houses or anything.

And ideal building is one level, sloping lot so the basement is finished and walk out.
