Hi Mission, good thread, thanks for starting it.  I have another to share. I was folding laundry downstairs and watching the news. I suddenly heard within me, a voice say worriedly..."HURRY..THE CHILD UPSTAIRS WINDOW!!" I threw the clothes down and ran as fast as I could upstairs, and found my child 3 had was hanging out the window someone left open that had no screen and was trying to get on the lower roof which was very icy from winter. If I had not heard this voice (Holy Spirit helper) my child would have fallen to death. I had a similar experience when my firstborn, Beth, was about 2. I'd sat her outside the door in her playpen to get sun and was inside cleaning the kitchen. Suddenly, this Voice calmly says, "Go check Beth." I thought, "Why?" and could think of no reason so I brushed it off. Then the Voice said again, more urgently, "Go check Beth!" I still couldn't understand why, so I again brushed it off. Within seconds the Voice shouted at me, "GO CHECK BETH!!!!" It scared the hell out of me, so I dropped what I was doing and darted for the door. Beth was sitting contentedly in the playpen, no threat in sight, but the Voice so startled me that I immediately packed up the playpen and brought her inside. I never sat her outside alone again, because when I thought more about it, she could have been in danger for several reasons: roaming perverts, dogs, birds...
