Maybe you should make a separate food storage list for your husband... Get him the most bland tasting, unappetizing stuff.... Get yourself the best stuff you can think of.... When, when the SHTF, you can still have peace of mind in knowing that you had the forethought to prepare for both of you, but then you can also rub it in his face when he's eating his saltines and you're enjoying your soups & pastas. : )
