Me too, except I eat green beans with that instead of the cucumber salad.

I haven't ever had cucumber salad. What's the recipe?

Google Gurkensalat.

Cukes very thinly sliced
Onion very thinly sliced
Salt, Pepper, a little Sugar
Vinegar
Sour Cream
Refrigerate at least a couple hours before serving. It gets better as it pickles in the fridge.
