It does not sound like that to me. He just said we need to hear some things about ourselves. Implying he was going to tell us something.

We are entering a new phase of life. The growth into ourselves needed to be completed a certain way, and the family trees were to generate until a certain time, then a new world condition would be introduced to everyone from throughout the generations.

This means no one is "dead" but only in containment until everyone is reactivated.

This civilization was to be raised on it's own until a certain time.

The moment we switch over is not "death" It is a reactivation of the dead and alive. We do not die during this transition

The escalation of world chaos, was known to happen, but was also known to be the perfect time to introduce someone who has been missing our whole lives.

This all seems impossible to some, but once you see the reality of this realm in a new way, you won't wonder HOW anymore.
