I´m no quack but I belive some forms of strenous exercise can ease some symptoms of the former and meditation can help the latter. It´s about retraining the brain pathways to reconnect and respond properly.

I can´t GODDAMM recall any specific herbal cure for SONAFABITCH Tourette´s.
