Landmark Lawsuit Alleges The too big to fails conducted the largest international money laundering scheme in history
The Spire Law Group has filed a landmark lawsuit against Bank of America, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and Citigroup, alleging that the TBTF’s conducted the largest international money laundering scheme in history, laundering trillions in US taxpayers funds using the Obama administrations home loan modification program.

The suit also alleges the Obama administration was aware of the scheme and supported it.

federally chartered banks stole hundreds of millions of dollars of home owners’ money during the last decade and then laundered it through offshore companies.

Hundreds of millions? This is peanuts. Drug money laundering by TWO banks, Wachovia and HSBC, is pushing past a trillion dollars over a 5 year period.

What we have right now isn't capitalism, and every bank listed is tied in so tight with the Federal Reserve, you would have to question if they aren't just the public face of the Federal Reserve its self.

You do realize that a large fine will be paid to the plaintiff with no admission of guilt or wrongdoing by the defendants.

So, nothing changes except another group of bottom feeding lawyers gets rich and the guilty skate.

If they are found guilty, all that will happen is they will have to pay a couple of million in slap on the wrist fines - meanwhile the people will still be screwed out of their money and homes and the banks will still go ahead and seize property and funnel money to the Cayman Islands.
