Americans are trying to elect someone who they DON'T WANT US TO ELECT. That is why there is such a blatant attempt to discredit and disenfranchise Ron Paul.

I don't know why Ron Paul thinks that pulling some kind of underhanded flim flam shenanigans with the delegate process is going to help him get any more then 1/8 the number of delegates Romney has. He has been coming in dead last during the whole campaign and all the others that were ahead of him knew when to call it quits for the good of the party. Paul has no sense of loyalty or sacrifice for his own party. No wonder most other Republicans don't consider Paul to be a real member of the party. Ron Paul cares about himself first and has no concern for the Republican party at all. Mitt Romney could EASILY run a few negative campaign ads that would have reduced Pauls delegates down to ZERO, but Romney took the high road in this campaign and avoided telling people the truth about Ron Paul. In the end, this will just make Romney look even better to voters.

Romney = 703 delegates

Paul = 192 delegates



Now, the MSM would have you believe Romney has 860 or so, and Ron Paul only has 80.

This is complete disinfo and total bullshit. They want to portray Romney as having an insurmountable 10 to 1 lead over Paul, but as of right now, he only he barely has over a 3:1 lead.


Considering there are currently around 250 delegates that are unassigned, a large majority of those may very likely be allocated to Ron Paul.

Also, with Santorum out of the race, he has 238 delegates, most of which are anti-Romney, and will switch over to the Paul camp.

Also, Gingrich will lose some of his supporters as well to the Paul camp, but I see the majority of those 125 delegates going to Romney.



The media tries to paint the picture that it is done and over with.

It is FAR from done and over with.



Romeny has to win over 85% of the remaining delegates to clinch the nomination and prevent a second round of voting.



NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.


Ron Paul will force a brokered convention, and eventually win the nomination just like Warren Harding in 1920.

If they don't want to bring the party back to it's roots, it's going to die along with all the old baby-boomers still clinging on to failed ideology.

It will be replaced with young socially liberal and economically conservative Libertarians who will win the hearts and minds of Americans throughout the 21st century.
