I think the man was blackballed for years, as his inventions were thought of as a threat by the likes of the elite. People like JP Morgan. The CIA was formed in January, 1946. Are you sure you want to stay with your claim? It's roots started in 1942 with the OSS - The Office of Strategic Services.
