I heard about it long ago from a friend and he heard it from (this conspiracy theory guy whose name can't be mentioned here, look on youtube) who said he lost a ton of weight on it. I'm not sure if its true cause he still looks fat to me.

Yeah I've heard of it...even been listening to some of the Ben Fuchs videos in the last couple of days....He has some good info that is right on with everything I've learned in the last few years about health.

But I don't take it..

I do however take another vitamin/mineral product (have for years) that is liquid but the minerals are not collodial they are angstrom...angstrom is much more absorbable

If you are worried about metal toxicity, I suggest using a product like Bentonite once a month, it's a great detox.
