A "Global Brain" linking the majority of humanity together in a global "collective", using man's sciences and technologies, created by man, made in the image of man, to serve the "interests of man", to attempt to perfect man's nature through his own efforts, without divine grace? A "Super AI" to act in a "godlike" role, given "breath", i.e., to become "conscious of itself", given the ability to "speak" in any language, given an "image", with the ability to 'commune' wirelessly to humans through a direct neural interface, that will "...cause those who will not worship "it" to be "slain"?
