Is this how it really happened???.. LUCIFER cast down to the Earth !

Do you think this is how it really happened? I dont know who wrote this but its much more interesting than a talking snake in a tree.
I looked up Homo Erectus cause it sounded funny and it was indeed the name scientists gave a early species of hominid.
This is a fun sci fi piece of writing to read. But Im wondering if its how it really happened.

This is the Pleiadian decree in Union with the Universal Council of Galaxies

You Lucien, Son of Jah of Alcyone Pleiades, is hereby sentenced to have all your titles stripped of acknowledgement and use in representation as a Pleiadian and Universal Membership. Your Piloting license is forever suspended. You will not be accessed to any craft or be allowed to pilot any craft inside or beyond earth’s atmosphere. Your computer fingerprint and Iris code and voice command will be deactivated. You will not be able to use any Pleiadian computer. You will not have possession of Star Chart programs and any updates and discoveries of Universal Missions will not be given you , nor any scientific documents pertaining or relating to your research into planetary primitive DNA.

Your Father’s research into the Homo Erectus species of earth and his and yours project will be halted from any further development of the so named Homo Sapien of your creation. The subjects of earth will be halted from any further experimentation. All lab equipment will be removed from the premises . All records of the DNA transfusion experiment will be confiscated

Earth is hereby quarantined to allow the natural development of its evolution, including to and adapting to you and your Brothers and Fathers intervention in the Matter which was granted by the Universal Council and Withdrawn. A separate case is pending.

All craft in either of the named Galaxies will be severely limited in access to earth. We will erect detectors to monitor exploration activity that will not be allowed during the indefinite quarantine of Earth which has sofar been sentenced to ___thousands of years. All technology will be forbidden to the Homo Sapien species. They are to live in their natural environment except to be taught primitive agriculture and weaving and simple tools. No Pleiadian will be allowed to show the Homo Sapiens any of our knowledge or they will be justly sentenced.

Your Father and Brother and sufficient number of researchers can stay and monitor the Homo Sapiens activity. Lucien, Son of Jah is hereby though, sentenced for life in the vicinity of the lower atmosphere and land mass of earth.

He can never be allowed travel to Pleiades, nor any planet of the Universe, including those not within the Council. He will be allowed some technology and materials for his comfort but he will be required to settle away from the Homo Sapiens and have no contact of influence with them.
All his titles as Prince of Pleiades, Ambassador, Chief Pilot of the Fleet, Computer Designer, and Master of Technological Science will be stripped, He will be allowed Holographic conferences with his family, but forbidden to live with his family members. We will allow one visit a year.

There will be no appeal in his sentencing before his natural death on Earth, He is to be quarantined, as well as the Homo Erectus and Sapien Species. He is not allowed to be near any female of species of either type.

This sentencing of the Son of Jah, Lucifer to the vicinity of the earth is hearby sealed this day in front of the council of Universal Witnesses and his Father.
