Doesn't show a lot of sensitivity to stroke victims. Fine behaviour from a stand-up comic who doesnt care who he offends, but not exactly expected behaviour from a senator. I found it quite vulgar, really.

Are the people who think it's funny laughing at stroke victims or the idea of Hillary Clinton impersonating one to the amusement of world leaders - take a guess.  So "world leaders" think the "idea" of clinton impersonating a stroke victim is amusing? I don't know which is sicker-take a guess.
