By the end of the video, when he was running toward the camera, there were tears streaming down my cheeks. 5 stars and many thanks for bringing us this amazing and inspiring video.

I have a friend who showed me a video about a fellow who must have weighed 500 pounds and I think he contacted THE SAME YOGA INSTRUCTOR (who is an ex-WWF Wrestler) and his transformation was also incredible. In fact, I have just forwarded this to my friend, who has been considering a similar course of action.

My father decided to take up yoga after seeing this video. Vietnam Vet, agent orange exposure has caused nerve damage. Losing his ability to be as fit as he wants to be, he has become overweight, type 2 diabetic, and depressed. Still has flashbacks from the war as a 65 year old, rolling out of bed in cold sweats. I hope he keeps his dedication and I too can one day post a video of his progress like this heroic man has!

Anyone got an advice which one is good for beginners?

wunderbar, nazi. now, has yoga been any help in bringing back the children he helped kill, maim, torture, falsely imprison, run into ditches, orphan or otherwise fuck up in invasions and occupations.

The people who say Yoga and other healing arts is bad and demonic would rather use sorcery which is prescription drugs while they eat all the things that Jesus warned them about. Your body is a temple not a man made building with a symbol of the male anatomy on the roof. God created us to be able to heal ourselves once we get passed the mind control that the Government has put on us through their man made Church buildings. Get back to Nature and learn to use God's creation for a strong mind, body and spirit.
