Quoting: lassensage Makes me want to try Yoga and hope that I can teach my body to run, again. It's been over 15 yrs for me. You should not hesitate to try it. I started 1 year ago and have made significant gains. Also, be willing to shop around a bit for an intuitive instructor that fits you. |

For injuries, yoga is the best I've encountered. I use this free site which is fairly decent with the explanations of the poses. I think one of my favorite is warrior II, it's so easy but it stretches so many muscles and tendons. [link to www.yogajournal.com] Disclaimer: It's important you tense the correct muscles, it makes a world of difference when done correctly. Oh, and for god sake don't laugh in a pose, it's friggin dangerous. |

It's amazing how people feel defeated by what gets engrained into them by professionals. If someone told me I'd never walk again, I'd run a marathon. Some people never figure out their purpose in life. I believe it takes one person to make a difference in someone's life and then they lived out their purpose. The purpose is irrelevant, the final result is the jackpot. In this case, one yoga instructor helped this gentleman regain his life. This video can help COUNTLESS others have hope. SMILE...you're not as stupid as they think you are! "Once a government is committed to the principal of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in terror" - Harry S Truman "The single most inspiring source for us is the human struggle." Jared Leto “Money, without brains, always is dangerous. Properly used, it is the most important essential of civilization.” - Napoleon Hill “Failures see the hole in the donut, but do not see the donut around the hole.” - Napoleon Hill “One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results.” ― Milton Friedman Every man has a right to utter what he thinks is truth, and every other man has a right to knock him down for it. - Samuel Johnson |

Then he began practicing yoga. Check out this incredibly inspiring video which shows Arthur's amazing transformation. "With an eye made quiet by the power of harmony and the deep power of joy, we see into the life of things." William Wordsworth And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe—the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God. John F. Kennedy Inaugural Address Lincoln's economic advisor Henry C. Carey explained the universal issue in his 1851 Harmony of Interests: "Two systems are before the world.... One looks to pauperism, ignorance, depopulation, and barbarism; the other to increasing wealth, comfort, intelligence, combination of action, and civilization. One looks towards universal war; the other towards universal peace. One is the English system; the other ... the American system, for ... elevating while equalizing the condition of man throughout the world." "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." - Albert Einstein |

God Jesus Christ your maker is the one giving Lucifer the power. But Christ and His Mother are not going to be happy that you called on Lucifer instead of Christ or Our Lady. Remember you will always get what you want but be carefull who you are getting it from. |

He could not hold his arm up over his head due to a bike injury. He had spurs on his feet. Today he is not hurting at all! He can raise his arm up over his head. Doesn't need surgery! And his spurs have disappeared! For the spurs he lies on the bed and exercises his feet by pointing his toes down like a ballerina standing on her toes! His awful painful spurs are totally gone! If you want to try this buy or get ahold of a beginners Yoga book. Do it at home! |
