Then state law enforcement is in violation of of your federal constitutional rights . Form a mass state class action law suit and sue them the state and whatever fake alphabetical soup nazi wanna be peace officers. Real ones are only federal marshals state or county sheriffs . The rest are hired hands from unlawfully taxes with no election by the peoples civil authority of vote.

That is the point. They (TSA) are doing this with the FULL support of the "real ones" to use your language.

They are allowed to exist because no one takes them to court.

In the State of California a exposed side arm permit is the same from a private citizen. security guard. or police officer. There is no difference the law is the same and the permit for all . Even a cop can get in trouble for covering his side arm up without the extra concealed carry permit. Much of the stuff they do can get them sued or fired if people actually pursed illegal violations from your state county or local.

buy good maps and a compass for the car. have your routes plotted on secondary roads for when they get to your state.

Pretty simple really, just ask if any CIA operatives have been snooping around their truck. IF so, they probably planted something for Obama and his comrades so they can pass some new legislation to remove more of our rights....

This applies to truck drivers, whom already have less rights concerning searches of their vehicles. From what i heard this does not apply to regular motor vehicles (yet), just commercial vehicles which is why its being done at weight stations.

Law suits cost money and time.

I don't have the time nor the money (too busy working to buy food and gas, and pay the mortgage with what's left over).

Furthermore, how in the hell do we get a class action lawsuit going? Are you kidding me? Most Americans think we're conspiracy theorists and laugh at us. That leaves but a few to join in on "class action."

All that aside, even if it did somehow miraculously get to court, what judge is going to uphold it? It'd get appealed and appealed, delayed and delayed, higher court to higer court. Hell the whole thing would be in litigation so long that the Nazi goons would have all of us and our grandmothers in jail before it got anywhere meaningful.

I don't think they'd shoot you just out-and-out. They'd sick the dogs on you and you'd find yourself being chased by Troopers and misc. local LEOs. Now this could lead to being shot...

Anyway, not quite at the "shoot the runners" stage just yet, but it's only months away from now, IMHO of course.
