Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14197539 The court can make her sell her shit and pay, otherwise thats considered a felony failure to support. Its easy to not pay it, really easy, the bitch just lives off some other loser shes fucking and doesn't work. Because men are often the main income earner, its always easier to get it off men. Women just shack up with some other loser and take his cash. |

Get a court order for a financial disclosure on your wife. Start child support collection proceedings before your kid turns 21! Quoting: BZB I tried that, they wont/can't take her half of the house with the loser she is with. Can't take her car (only mode of transport). There is special provisions for if you have a snatch you see. |

BZB, what if the house was originally owned by the new husband but was re-titled to be jointly owned after the marriage? Her family is loaded....I feel like my best bet is to keep the heat on, until someone bails her out. Meanwhile, my son is the one who truly takes the hit. $26k would REALLY help putting him through school... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1340859 Canada 05/09/2012 09:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I feel for you OP. That really sucks. I left my husband and paid child support until circumstances changed and they came to live with me. They are my children and that is only right. My suggestion is have your son talk to his mother (if they have a relationship) about money for college. |

Yet she will say its HER child, and he should live with HER, and SHE should get YOUR money. Filthy psychotic whores. |

Quoting: lowred5 Ive tried it, they won't do it, they say because it affects her new husband leaving him with only half a house. And its her home she lives in which would make her homeless. They won't touch it. |

It get's old and shit has got to change. Women want equal rights? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. She needs to pay. You would be forced to if the shoe was on the other foot. |

Then force him into unemployment and put him in jail for not paying. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 15495362 Australia 05/09/2012 09:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | One trick they use here is, they don't file a tax return. So they have no income to take money from. They get fined once a year something like $500, and they make sure their employer takes just the right amount of tax so they owe no taxes to the government. And this fine is cheaper than what they would have to pay in child support. And the government wont audit them because they see they owe them nothing. |

Some states you can get a referral by calling the state bar or just look in yellow pages under "Family" lawers. Your state may have some self help info posted online about this and sometimes attorneys you find through google have helpful info on their site that you can use as a starting point so you can do the rest yourself |
