THE YOUNG

For any young people on this site, well done for thinking outside the box. As an older dude I can give you some advice for living in this rip off world.
1. Don't buy a house unless you can easily afford the mortgage.
2. Never get yourse;f into debt if you can help it. Loans from even your bank will cost you a fortune as they charge what they want.
3/ Avoid university for further education if you can over here our kids will be in average debt of $50 000 by the time they finish their 3rd term, that's what they want. You can get most courses at your local tech without sinking into debt. They have done this on purpose for 1 to pile young people with so much debt they can't cope 2. you will never earn a decent wage due to the repayments of your education loan as you will be paying this off for years, They try to destroy your spirit you only have to look at the stats for increase in suicides over the past 10 years.
4. Join sites like this it's a great forum to learn the real way of the world and the pitfalls to avoid as you get older.
The decisions you make now will affect the rest of your lives so think carefully and arm yourself with as much info as you can in order to make a good decision.
5. all the news and papers out there today don't give the full picture of what is happening. Read books and use the web wisely to gain proper information on what you want to know,I had been watching a news chnnel called press tv which gave a good account of what was really going on in the world but 'they' shut it down this year. Remember the money men on this planet run the world not the governments, however they do their bidding. DO NOT let them break your spirit
