Air Quality Alert - What is the air quality in your area?

Woke up today to strange and unusually hazy skies in Las Vegas, NV, I mean seriously, it looks like LA on a bad day. You can barely see the mountains the visibility is so bad, which, on a normal day, are very clearly defined. Noticed the press wondering as well but the report they give is curiously vague:

One would think that we could confirm smoke and weather from Arizona right? The article/report doesn't completely convince me.

Not sure if related, but I also got ill out of the blue last night (lost my dinner which is rather unusual for my iron constitution) and my son woke up with a headache and I just dropped off some aspirin at school because I just got a call that it hasn't gone away.
