His co-worker, Officer Jay Cicinelli, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force. This video from a surveillance camera shows Kelly Thomas, the victim, pleading for his life while the officers beat him on the street.[/i[ You can find images of what this man looked like after they were finished beating him to a pulp, but I'm not posting it due to how graphic it is -- a lot of gore. I have seen some pretty disturbing videos over the years and was able to finish them, but this one was so heart wrenching I just could never finish watching it. I'm glad these cops were charged, but if he followed thier orders, he would still be alive and homeless on the streets of L.A.
