In a way, I can feel for the mother's frustration. In no way do I condone child abuse, I think she took it a place very few would ever dare. But how many of us had to lay our baby in the playpen or on a play mat and go outside for a breather because they were on a 2-3 hour (or more) cry-a-thon and we were at our wits end? I think most parents could say aye. The woman probably needed support and no one was there to really help her out with the kid and she just snapped. Believe it or not, humans are animals too. I watched one of my cat moms swat the living fuck out of a kitten that wouldn't leave her alone once. Not a play play swat, but she tore his ear and cut his face with her claws. |
