This is easy. Women growing up mostly have no father in their lives which would balance their brains out between left and right. Men tend to use the logical analytic side of their brain, the left side. Women use the emotional creative side of their brain, the right side. When a child has both parents both sides of the brain are exercised and developed. With fathers absent, the female child is raised by her right brained mother, and the school system then fills in for the father which facilitates putting garbage in the child's head. This is one of the reasons the states want fathers out of children's lives.
