ummm... in our first few posts i said we won't know how many delegates each candidate has until august in tampa. now you have extrapolated that to some whacked out claim you came up with? LOL

I agree.. but those special interest groups you mentioned, will not be happy to see paul coming to the white house. Change needs to happen from the bottom up.. but the top can still make it hell for us.

See, this is what I mean by "never see it coming"...Ron Paul is going to drop long before the convention, duh. Probably bout the time frame he dropped last time...early June, but that's only because he always stays well past the time he actually should have dropped, which was a long time ago.

He won't even win his home state and although it may be all over by late May, I doubt he will derail the milk train until after June 5th.

You can watch the "whacked out claim" come true, just like it did last time. It'll be wild wailing and gnashing of teeth with RP being "got to by TPTB"..he was really a controlled opposition "plant", he's got a soopa seekret "plan"...literally dozens of reasons all gushing forth in a Tsunami of Paultardism when it happens, but you can rest assured it's going to happen.

The only variable, as I keep mentioning, is just how far Dr kooktard is going to drag his own "brand" into the stank. I hope it's crash and burn deep and far, but sadly that is likely just mere hope as Ron Paul isn't stupid enough to destroy the brand completely because his goofball son isn't as career fossilized as the old man is.

There might be one fun wildcard left though, but I seriously doubt it's ever really been in play, but ya never can tell, stranger things have happened. The prospect of a Mitt Romeny / Rand Paul ticket..the most interesting aspect of that? the thousands of Paultard heads exploding as Dr cult master commands them to support Romeny....ROFL!...hell, might even be worth it for that alone! Probably be like a wide scale combination of the robot from "Lost in space" and the BORG getting wires crossed and flipping the fuck out with sparks flying and shit frying all over the place!...it would be epic! Sigh, but alas the chances of that happening are as high as the chances of the inevitable RP dropping out of the race not happening..but still...we can all have hope!!!

The problem I see is this. Suppose in fear of a defeat TPTB take out RP, physically. Of course the idea of liberty is in the air and there are [hundreds of] millions of awakened supporters out there. But how many of them have guts, charisma, reputation, and time to step in his place? How do the people know the next guy is not 'just one of them' again?

That is a good point. Part of the answer is this. It is never over. Free people always have to hold potential leaders up to the light of the principles of liberty, honesty, and decency. It is never over. As long as we live and breath it is part of our job.

The first time I've heard about RP was about ten years ago. Perhaps I've been ignorant since then but only quite recently I figured out that there is the whole scholarship/institution backing him scientifically. It doesn't take more than a couple hours of research on the web to know, with certainty, that Paul is the choice of America. Anyone who thinks otherwise is just a television zombie parroting the presstitute whore's talking points from Faux news.

Paul IS winning, straw polls mean $ht all (and are easy to fraud, which was shown to be the case at the majority of straw poll caucuses), it's all about the delegates - people should really be more informed before they mouth off.
