Come to the Lehigh Valley PA, I know 3 people close to me that just got new jobs, and one of them had 2 other interviews lined up, I see hiring signs all over, the whole "no jobs" meme is just designed to get the sheep to swallow less pay and benefits. My company has been hiring new people almost weekly, all year long and most of last year.

Yeah. I agree. I'm in construction in the SW and its going crazy out here with new building projects popping up everywhere and tons of framing crews getting steady work again...I got 55 hours this week. They need more people!

I was an IT manager, and since I lost that job 4 years ago I cannot find work in my field. To feed my family I took whatever I could get. I work in a factory now at 11 bucks an hour. I believe there is work out there, but some people think its below them.

I know whats next, but I was making 100k a year I cant live now on 20k... Well we will see how well you can exist on nothing.

HOMEOWNERS

2. GAS, WATER, PHONE, ELECTRICITY, CABLE, TRASH

3. GAS FOR CAR, CLOTHES, REPAIRS, THINGS FOR KIDS

THE LIST GOES ON AND ON??? 8 dollars an hour isn't gonna help nor feed anyone??

8 x 40 = 320.00 a week now - State, Federel, SS, Healthcare, Dental from that check and what do we have left???
