When I was about 14 first time but not as bad only ever got worse where id wake up literally shaking and sweating. Now I laugh at it and don't care ive had them in the room next to my bed they sometimes try to gang up but it never works on me. Also I have like gone to some other place where they are, then when I kicked them in the head there I went to another place which was nicer with hot chicks  |

I wouldn't be too freaked out about it, just use it as a catalyst to improve your mind-set. I don't think its an astral plane I think there is many dimensions all around us and in some cases they can merge for a time I don't know why. Its like you go to sleep and wake up in a parallel dimension where other things are sometimes this dimension is even the same as here exactly with different "beings" in it. |
