Never heard of this but i would say it goes along with the whole Female balence of power going on right now.

We have had to much imbalance with testosterone and pennis waging everywhere. ya know...like my dick is bigger than yours kind of fights that escalate into wars. The elite are just trying to misguid it, just like the outburst of love being misdirected to sex and perverted gay love.

We need the feminine balance to equalize the overpowering male gender we have been bombarded with.
