Ron Paul's delegates......can the delegates vote for whoever they want regardless what the states say?!?!?!?!

In the second round on they can, that is why Romney will win the nomination in the first round. If he doesn't then the Libertarians will vote Ron Paul and give him the Republican nomination;

at which time Ron Paul will fake a heart attack announcing days later that he is not healthy enough to run for office and all of his suckers uh, supporters must support Romney now.

No they are not legally bound to vote for Romney,also even if they were they can refuse to vote 1st round.

i'm so tired of seeing people misinformed on this. delegates can vote for whomever they want in round 1 and also choose not to vote at all in round 1. 0 delegates are bound ZERO, and that's straight from the legal council of the RNC
