No, when WW3 starts we wont be conscripted.

unless the enemy is at the white house / downing street gates and all the kids have been killed IE boys and 60 year old men fighting the russians in the last days of berlin

if you are a doctor you should be able to join some branch regardless off your age.

buddy of mine joined the army reserves at 38. Not sure what the max age is though.
Mommas youngest getting paper like the oldest one.. We living better guess God felt he owed us one.

No, the cut off for Army is 42 but the latest you can be is 41-1/2 because it takes 6 months to get through the paperwork and boot camp and you must be 42 or younger by the time you officially join. The other branches require you much younger.
