I will share later today a remedy for certain kinds of headaches.

Over the years i have sometimes developed a certain kind of headache, and it seems to be associated with nasal congestion, like one nostril/nasal passage blocked and one not, i have found that by deliberately closing of the clear nostril and breathing through the blocked one until its clear/easier to do so, that the headache lifts very quickly.

As a user of herbal remedies, supplements etc, i have found that a complete break from taking them, now and then, is a good thing, one reason being, what are you going to do if you cant get them again for example, and more importantly, what is your body going to do. So yes they are useful, no i am not going to become completely dependent, better to allow the body to reach a natural balance. When i take a break it ranges from a week to a month on average. This may not be a good strategy for older users, especially those who are just starting regimes. i have been self assisting since i was 8(started with vitamin c).

Just found out that Taurine is good for the eyes, as in very, and it is found in yellow and orange vegetables. And for those over 30 apparently a daily supplement of it is better than ok. Will try it out and post later.

I added Olive oil(extra virgin) as a binder and smoothing agent to the mix of garlic and Bicarb, put into a mini blender, and then applied to liver spots and the like on my arms and legs, there appears to be some effect, i have taken before pictures, and once there is an actual complete clearing of said spots, i will do my best to post the pictures.

A number of weeks ago i developed a melanoma on my right arm,
after some thought and prayer, i remembered reading about the maple syrup and bicarb thread i read here at GLP.
It occurred to me that as garlic is fungicidal amongst other things, and that garlic which is handled raw will show internally(its active compounds) all the way to the feet in less than three minutes.
So i cut some garlic, striated it and then rubbed it in Bi-carb and then rubbed on the melanoma, first day i did that 5 times.
The next day there was a notable decrease in the redness and expansion, i continued that regime for 3 days, on the 4th day, it had reduced in size to a few pin sized areas, i continued applying this method for a week and there is no longer any melanoma.

Yes i should i have taken before and after pictures, sorry. But i am throwing this out for public view and discourse. I believe that a daily paste of raw garlic and bicarb would be a good way to go, for application externally.

Another thing, if it wasn't for the free exchange of information here at GLP, i probably wouldn't have put this together, so as in all development of science and knowledge/wisdom, it is built upon the work of others, i am not saying its wrong to profit from intellectual property, but the greedy laws now current just allow the big to get bigger, and cut out everyone else, and lock up valuable information from explorers/developers/innovators/creators, IMO.

I feel there are other combinations of and with the two substances(garlic and bi-carb), that, with the experience , wisdom and creativity of many posters here, could be explored and developed for the home medico chest.

The EU, seems intent on declaring natural products as poisons, that is, if used by individuals for anything eg gardening controls, healing etc outside of their guidlines, then you are a criminal and can be arrested, eg coffee grounds for slug control in england, its madness and social engineering run amuck, expect more madness from the bowels of brussels and their pedohile/pederast officals and judges sooner rather than later, and its not surprising, that such confusion comes from the decieved and sexually confused monsters that habituate the beaurocratic swarms that inhabit EU ground zero.

I use garlic as a suppository to defeat depression.... And anxiety....it burns so bad, it works as a great way to distract oneself from the overwhelming crush of too high expectations (just kidding.....it only makes life's woes even more intrusive....but nonetheless these are strange times requiring strange and creative forms of masochistic homeopathic remedies).
