The laws are laid as such that if you spank your kids, slap them when they are really out of control or take away their electronics, you can charged with child abuse.

There is a verse in the bible where it says "Women will rule over them & children will be their oppressors."

That is exactly what is going on, there are too many women in high places that have WAY TOO much power.

No, not all of these people I know. They are good,responsible hard working parents, who treat their kids w/ kindness and respect. etc. Good parents.

It's not mothers day yet.

My mother is gone- died in 1995. She never hit me or spoke nasty or hateful to me, and I loved her dearly, and treated her w/respect.Even when I was a teenager! LOL

my mom molded me into a considerated bastard...she was sweet and her boob taste good

I treat my mother like shit because she neglected me my entire childhood, she's a self-important drunk and she surrounds herself with drinking buddies who do nothing but agree with her and tell her how special she is. She kept abusing me and sending me to school without any food so for few years I had to scrounge off my friends for food which lost me a few friends, I even once lost a friend because I invited him over to my place and he saw how terrible the place looked with rubbish everywhere and a lawn that hadn't been mowed in months.

So basically I hate my mother.

One of my best friends has devoted her life to her two boys. She's a gentle, kind, caring woman who did nothing but love them and work hard every day of her life. One son is doing fine, a gentle soul himself. The other got on the wrong track, is now in prison for a drug related murder. She will be heartbroken til the day she dies.

There's always two sides.
Not all mom's should be considered mothers. More like womb for rent. Seriously, not all parents deserve the upmost respect; although, a lot do deserve it, too. There some pretty fucked up parents out there. I don't believe everyone is meant to have kids. My mom really messed me up. Now that she's older, she has become more of a mom but it's still hard to let go of the past. I love her, and she has put a roof over my head. I appreciate that, but what damage she has done shouldn't be masked by simply keeping a roof over my head. You can't abuse someone and then tell them well I do this for you so respect me.

Most born after 1982 are selfish, insensitive, shallow, and ungrateful people with a sense of entitlement.

When I saw this thread title I thought perhaps there is a new trend of kids filing their teeth into points.

Growing up in daycare can do that to people.
