Natural Relief for Allergies? | |

Anyway, people keep telling me to get all these nosesprays and/or take all these allergy meds to relieve my allegries. I know that they work, sort of, but I want to avoid taking anything artificial like that. Is there any natural allergy relief products, foods, teas, etc out there that I can try? Thanks!  I don't believe in putting a political label on myself, but if I had to, I'd be a liberal-libertarian. Want to honestly know what that means? Ask me sometime. Rainbows are more then a reminder of a promise made by a god, or the symbol of a movement; they are a reminder that despite the dark clouds you see, somewhere nearby the sun is shinning. My son used to have a cough/cold virtually constantly before we bought our machine two years ago. I can't remember the last time he was sick since.
