Natural Relief for Allergies?
Well, it's that time of the year again and this year, the pollen count in this area has been sky high Yay, lucky all us allergy sufferers.

Anyway, people keep telling me to get all these nosesprays and/or take all these allergy meds to relieve my allegries. I know that they work, sort of, but I want to avoid taking anything artificial like that. Is there any natural allergy relief products, foods, teas, etc out there that I can try? Thanks! peace
I don't believe in putting a political label on myself, but if I had to, I'd be a liberal-libertarian. Want to honestly know what that means? Ask me sometime.

Stinging Nettle (Nettle leaf).

It's worked like a charm for me for the last 2 years. And it's pretty cheap.

If you can buy honey made locally, eat it. It will pleasantly get your body used to the local pollen.

Re: Natural Relief for Allergies?
I've seen tremendous relief of allergies and asthma in people who drink highly alkaline, antioxidant restructured water. My son used to have a cough/cold virtually constantly before we bought our machine two years ago. I can't remember the last time he was sick since. The investment is not small up front but given the life of the machine it is very cost effective.
