Example of someone we "helped"? who are our allies then, and why?

America believe it or not have actually helped MANY COUNTRIES financially...... If you can't see that then your ignorant.

I am pretty sure America has helped financially, economically,militarily and socially MANY countries around the world. Too many to name.
