anyone who wishes to see the destruction of anyone else is a out and out wanker. not saying some do not deserve it but lets not stoop to there level.

as a person i would gladly give my life to defend my country my people and my brothers accross the pond if anyone openly attacked them but in defence only , i have no wish to travel to any land to inflict any conflict on that land no matter what .

if we all defend our selves and our friends only then no one should attack anyone else.

as far as allies go , i think, like it or not the christian white english speaking countries will allways have some sort of special bond , usa, uk , canada , australia. we take the piss out of each other but i think we all know that is the closest you can get to real allies.
obviously europe is close as they are the other perceived developed countries. and then we have japan who really i would not want to rely on after what we did to them re ww2 , something that big dont go away easy and russia who i dont sadly think anyone will ever learn to trust.

I think it lacks ignorant. From our point of view (the netherlands) we mostly view Americans as hicks who aren't aware about 99% what is going on in the rest of the world, or just don't care.
We think that most Americans think that they are the worlds saviors. That every war that finished was won because of them.

I think that if something bad happend to America, there would not be much help from other countries. I think the consensus would be: "they had it coming".

I would try to help though, because that's what humans need to do for another, but I would understand why most people aren't really willing to.

You're missing the point. What do you think will happen if someone invades America? You can hate us all you want but in the end you do know what is at stake. It's not me who makes the decisions. The main problem with USA is not the People like you and me, we all want the same things, live in peace with each other, have a nice familly, food, health and happyness. The problem is the people in charge, politician, big company, secret societies etc...

Your gouvernement pretend to make law in the world, have very high moral values and be respectable etc.. Since the creation of hollywood, we, the rest of the world, eat your propaganda on a daily basis. When I was a kid I wanted to be american so badly, I mean, america is so cool man, and oh yeah, in america the good guys win at the end, that's how america works ! But since I'am able to think by myself I see that it was all a lie, what a deception. When I was young I wanted to go in america, see the fuckin new york, go to LA, but today, no way I put a foot on american soil.

Why? because the people in charge do the exact opposite, the only things they think it's to keep american supremacy at all cost. And if that mean hurting the world, well.. fuck the world ! In fact I think the worst enemy of the USA is the USA itself. The body is fine but it's head is sick.

Why the world hates you you ask. Because we are tired. We want to be you ally, not a stooge. We want to walk together and make the world a better place, not walking behind you to make the powerfull people in america be more powerfull when the world is starving. Being ally mean respect the opinion of others, not impose your selfish choices with a big "fuck you" to those who don't share the same feelings. And that's what america do for long time. With the USA it's "you are with us or you are our ennemy", the problem is, the world is not black and white, there is infinite shade of grey out there, and don't forget the colors.

Today america is not subtle, USA kick in the door, point a gun on your face and yell in your ears, and if you dont agree you gonna have a bad time, even if you are a long time friend.

I in general don't hate the majority of American individuals specifically.

That's not what this thread is about. Your reaction isn't going to change the way the world views Americans. The world thinks shit of America and it's people. That's what this thread is about.

This is great. I value all of your opinions. Even the ones that still use elementary hate tactics. What really entertains me is if I fly through this entire thread, I can spot out which people have been brainwashed by which source. That is a big part of the problem. Just imagine if we ALL knew the truth. Peace brothers and sisters. I am an American and I am proud. Those that hate, I sympathize because we are all products of some sort. One of our big problems now is that we are divided products, bread to oppose instead of compromise. Divided we fall. Those that want to see it, have a drink on us and watch the show. Hmm... I'd have to say.. as an American, I'm not an ally of America. Don't get me wrong.. I don't dislike Americans .. But I vehemently dislike the federal government and my state government. They are a bunch of rat finks that aught to be ran up a flag pole.
