Michael, if you are bilocating and doing the screen rooms as I do a really easy one for time shifting for healing, be SURE nd close down each screen room you jump into don't leave it open as it leaves an astral trail.The humans are evolving and they can leave a room creating with you still stuck a portion in it which would be a drain.
